Location: M69V+F3 Ribartsi. The panorama spot is located between the villages of Star Chitak and Ribartsi. There is a wide area beside the road to park the car.
For the best photo, either climb a bit the hill over the road (it’s kind-of slippery) or go down in the direction of the dam. There are several large rocks with a great panoramic view.
Hint – get a wide angle lens or GoPro-like camera in order to catch the whole U-turn of the dam.
